Context

Volt Research helps companies achieve their strategic growth plans by supporting brands through market research and mystery shopping. Within the mystery shopping business unit, projects are set up to evaluate and improve customer experience across multiple locations.

To streamline the process of recruiting, selecting, briefing, and monitoring mystery shoppers, Volt was looking for an integrated software solution to align all stakeholders involved.

What did we achieve?

Desino analyzed the underlying processes and developed a custom software solution supporting the full mystery shopping cycle. Shoppers can easily create an account, explore assignments, apply for specific locations, and select visit dates. Once selected, they can manage their assignments and track progress.

For Volts team, we built a powerful management environment to set up clients and store locations while centralizing all relevant information. Projects can be easily created with key details such as timelines, required number of shoppers per location, compensation, and additional fees.

The team can centrally review applications, match the right shopper to each assignment based on historical data and performance, validate results, and track progress through to payment.
