    Intake session

    A first understanding of your needs

    During the intake session, we collect your challenges and assess in which level we digitalization can be a realistic solution to overcome them. We pose the right questions and start defining a scope of the to-be solution. If a custom application is not the right answer for your challenge, we'll advise you on alternatives.

  • Day 1 - 14

    Scoping

    Create solution design & wireframe

    Translation of functional requirements to a tailored solution

    Based on the information collected, we start drafting the scope of the project. This is done in a written format in the form of a "solution design". To make things more concrete, we also create an interactive wireframe that will allow you to get an idea on what the eventual solution will look like.

    Presentation of the solution and pricing

    We present you all the details of our understanding of the project, what will be done, what the solution will look like and share with you the budget expectations for the project given the assumptions listed.

    Finale update van de offerte & solution design

    Finale offerte waarbij u exact weet wat deze inhoudt

    Op basis van eventuele feedback tijdens de voorstelling van de solution design wordt deze aangepast met de laatste wijzigingen. Indien deze aanpassingen effect hebben op de kostprijs wordt ook deze aangepast.

    Implementatie

    Implementatie op basis van duidelijke specificaties

    Implementatie van de webapplicatie op maat

    Op basis van de gevalideerde solution design wordt de applicatie voor u op maat ontwikkeld. Afhankelijk van de grootte van het project worden er tussentijdse opleveringen en eindgebruikers testen georganiseerd.

    Go-live

    Go-live

    Ingebruikname van de applicatie na grondige testing

    Naast de "unit testing" tijdens development, worden UAT (User Acceptance Tests) uitgevoerd die verzekeren dat de applicatie voldoet aan de noden. Na een succesvolle test cyclus wordt de applicatie in gebruik genomen.

    Support

    Ondersteuning voor zorgeloos gebruik

    We blijven beschikbaar voor support mét SLA's

    Na de oplevering bieden wij de nodige support op de geleverde applicaties. Bij deze support horen ook de nodige SLA's (service level agreements) zodat u zeker bent dat u uw systeem kan (laten) gebruiken zonder zorgen.
