During the intake session, we collect your challenges and assess in which level we digitalization can be a realistic solution to overcome them. We pose the right questions and start defining a scope of the to-be solution. If a custom application is not the right answer for your challenge, we'll advise you on alternatives.

Translation of functional requirements to a tailored solution

Based on the information collected, we start drafting the scope of the project. This is done in a written format in the form of a "solution design". To make things more concrete, we also create an interactive wireframe that will allow you to get an idea on what the eventual solution will look like.

Presentation of the solution and pricing

We present you all the details of our understanding of the project, what will be done, what the solution will look like and share with you the budget expectations for the project given the assumptions listed.

Final proposal including full scope, budget & timelines

Based on any feedback received during the presentation of the solution design, it will be adjusted with the latest changes. If these adjustments affect the cost, it will also be updated.

Implementation of the tailored application

Based on the validated solution design, the application will be custom developed for you. Depending on the size of the project, interim deliveries and end user tests will be organized.

The application is launched for full usage

In addition to "unit testing" during development, UAT (User Acceptance Tests) are conducted to ensure that the application meets the requirements. After a successful test cycle, the application is put into use.

After delivery, we provide the necessary support for the delivered applications. This support includes the appropriate SLAs (service level agreements) to ensure that you can use your system without worries.
